About Gregory Howard

Gregory Howard is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive leader with a track record spanning the profit, nonprofit and political arenas. With extensive experience in business development, growth and profitability across both startups and established entities, Gregory brings a unique blend of advanced business acumen and public affairs expertise to all matters in his life and will serve the people of the 7th Senate District and State of Georgia. 

He has held key roles such as Chairman of the Board, CEO, president, and founder in several organizations, including financial services, international commodities trade facilitation, publishing, and broadcasting. Additionally, Gregory has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities in managing diverse teams, driving change, and fostering innovation.

Gregory has played pivotal roles in various nonprofit organizations, notably as a founding board member and director for Georgia Moving Forward, Inc., an organization dedicated to education, community development and social justice. Gregory also served as president emeritus and board advisor for EnoughGA.org while simultaneously taking on the role of ambassador for Veterans for America First, advocating for the rights and welfare of veterans.  

In his personal life, Gregory has a rich history of being engaged in many meaningful civic and philanthropic endeavors and epitomizes a committed and multifaceted leader dedicated to community service and advocacy.  Care of our veterans and active-duty families has been a paramount concern to Gregory. After serving as Chairman of the Board for Operation Homefront, Inc. and Operation Not Forgotten, Inc. for several years each, he co-founded and chaired United Military Care, Inc.

He has a long-established role in the arena of political activism as a 20+ year volunteer activist for the NRA- Institute for Legislative Action. Gregory also actively advocates for transparency and accountability in governance through his involvement with Report Injustice GA, where he serves as a moderator and contributing editor.  

Still in the legal sphere, Gregory co-founded and led The John Galt Society Citizens’ Legal Defense Fund where he has worked to uphold and defend constitutional and civil rights for several individuals facing judicial prejudice or misconduct by advocating to ensure that they receive fair legal representation. 

Gregory is running for Georgia State Senate because he believes our state has the potential for sustained incredible growth. By focusing on smart economic development, improving our education system, and investing in public safety, we can create a brighter future for all Georgians.
